Today, the Emirates Dubai 7s have announced the re-launch of the exciting program for aspirational young rugby players in the UAE for 2021.

With the EPP unable to take place earlier this year due to the pandemic, the organisers of the Emirates Dubai 7s are excited to see it return this October. The Emirates Dubai 7s is committed to the sport's growth in the region, and the EPP is the first program launched by the festival to underline this support.

The Dubai 7s Elite Performance Program will take place during October Half-Term in 2021 and is for boys and girls aged 13-18 across the Middle East. The program will also feature clinics for Women and Coach the Coach sessions. The program is designed to support the development of the young players in understanding high performance on and off the field with specialist coaching and classroom sessions.

The program will be delivered by the very best players in the world, including the likes of Tom Mitchell (England 7s), Dan Norton (England 7s), JB Gobelet (France 7s), 7s), Jordan Ainslie (England 7s Academy), and a few more big names to be announced over the coming weeks depending on travel restrictions.

The week includes time on the field looking at the development of skills under high stress and high fatigue that the Olympic sport brings, alongside soft skill development in the classroom, including mental agility & health, nutrition, S&C, leadership and video analysis.

The program is the first of its kind in the Middle East, delivered in Feb & October of each year.
