Opening hours are 8am - 9pm

Yes, the chalet is all on the flat and disabled access toilets are available nearby.

Babies under 3 are permitted free of charge. Children age 3 and over must have a ticket and be accompanied by an adult.

Tables are not assigned, and free seating system will be in process.

All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer, in which case refunds will be given.

There will be cloakrooms onsite, that will be manned by members of staff. We ask that valuables are left at home or kept with you at all times.

Tournament organizers are following global best practices and local government guidelines to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Our aim is to maintain a safe, clean, COVID-19 free environment whilst providing a premier experience for all guests and You must be vaccinated to enter the event.

COVID-19 | Frequently asked question

Following updated guidance from the Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management, you do not need to provide proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test to attend the event.

Children under the age of 18 are allowed to attend the event:

  • Children 11 years and younger will require a free ticket to enter which is accessible through the app. 
  • Children aged 12 years and older will have to purchase a general admission ticket to enter which is accessible through the app
