The Prosecco Lounge
Offering a more sophisticated and refined ambience away from the DJs and energetic festival atmosphere, head over to the Emirates Dubai 7s’ Prosecco Lounge, just up the stairs behind the Grandstand on Pitch 1 to enjoy a bottle of bubbles or glass of grape while being entertained by a soulful singer and guitarist - with a great view across the festival site.
The Shaded Garden
This year will also see the introduction of The Shaded Garden, the ultimate “boho” festival chill zone, complete with full shade, relaxed seating, and featuring glitter artists, hair braiding, body marbling, and transfer tattoo stations.

Rebound
Rebound is Emirates Dubai 7s’ newest sport offering for 2023; Padel! With 5 courts being built in the heart of the festival, you don’t want to miss your chance to test your Padel skills in the first tournament of its kind. With 8 categories available, from competitive, to social and 4-person teams, this is a tournament for all abilities.
Entertainment
Kids Stage
This year the kids will have their very own festival line-up of music and entertainment with the introduction of the Emirates Dubai 7s Kids Stage.
The line-up includes Disney sing-along shows, balloon bending, and a a specially curated child-friendly playlist, along with giant roaming mascots to keep the little ones engaged. Check out the twice-the-size kids zone this year behind the DHL Grandstand!
