RUGBY WORLD CUP SEVENS 2009 CORPORATE HOSPITALITY BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your Corporate Hospitality booking. By submitting the on-line Corporate Hospitality Booking Form and confirming your booking, you will be deemed to have accepted all of these Terms and Conditions on behalf of your Company and all Corporate Guests covered by the booking.

Definitions :

'Company' means the corporate client with whom the booking is made;
'Corporate Guest'means any of the Company's directors, officers, employees and any other individuals selected by the Company to be a recipient of Corporate Seating at the Tournament;
'Organizer'means the AGRFU;
'Tournament'means the Rugby World Cup Sevens 2009;
'Venue'means The Sevens, near Exits 29 and 30, off the Dubai - Al Ain Road.

1)  These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Company ('you'/'your') and the Organizer ('we'/'us') with regard to corporate hospitality at the Tournament. You must comply with and ensure that all Corporate Guests understand and comply with all the terms and conditions set out herein.

2)  Corporate hospitality bookings are only confirmed once we have received your completed Corporate Hospitality Booking Form, together with full payment for your booking into our bank account in cleared funds.

3)  The location of your corporate hospitality tent and your corporate seating in the VIP stand will be determined by us upon confirmation of your booking and is not subject to change.

4)  Corporate Hospitality packs will be available for collection from our office – Emarat Atrium Building, Office 140, 1st Floor, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai - on a date to be advised to you closer to the Tournament. Each pack must be counted and signed off jointly by your and our representatives. Tickets cannot be couriered to Corporate Guests.

5)  Corporate hospitality bookings cancelled more than 30 days before the Tournament will be refunded in full. No refund will be given for bookings cancelled 30 days or less before the Tournament.

6)  Corporate Hospitality tickets may not be re-sold or transferred by anyone other than us or our officially appointed agents. On any unauthorized re-sale or transfer, tickets become null and void and the holder will be refused entry or ejected from the Venue. We reserve the right to cancel immediately any corporate hospitality ticket advertised for re-sale or transferred.

7)  Children aged 3 years and above will be charged full rate for corporate hospitality. Children under 3 years of age will be admitted free of charge.

8)  You may not display any advertising or promotional materials except for Tournament branded items in your corporate hospitality tent or in the VIP stand. Security will be entitled to remove any unauthorized advertising or promotional materials.

9)  You may purchase official merchandise incorporating the Tournament logo to give to Corporate Guests from the Official Merchandiser, Gilbert. You may not use your Company logo in conjunction with the Tournament logo (this is the exclusive right of the Tournament sponsors).

10)  Any other promotional gifts given by you to Corporate Guests must be used appropriately (e.g. branded seat cushions are permitted in the VIP stand provided that they are laid flat on the seat and are not displayed as a back rest).

11)  You will be able to purchase additional drinks prior to and during the Tournament. You will be contacted closer to the Tournament with more information.

12)  Early arrival is recommended and the Organiser accepts no responsibility for late arrival.

13)  No person shall breach or infringe the rights of any sponsors, suppliers, broadcasters or other parties commercially associated with the Tournament, nor conduct unauthorized promotions or other commercial activity.

14)  All ticket holders must comply with all applicable Health and Safety laws/regulations in force together with the venue rules.

15)  No food or drink may be brought into the venue and will be confiscated by security at the entrance to the venue.

16)  All persons and bags will be subject to search when entering the venue and prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated, including but not limited to: guns, replica guns, knives or weapons of any sort; explosives; aerosol containers; pointed or sharp objects; razors, box cutters or tools of any kind.

17)  Underage drinking will not be permitted at the venue. Photo identification for proof of age may be required.

18)  Any person attending the Tournament expressly acknowledges that it is a public event and in this regard agrees that his/her image may be broadcast for no consideration and more generally be exploited by any means and on any media, throughout the entire world and for the duration of the exploitation of the Tournament, and waives in advance all rights and actions seeking to oppose this exploitation. Spectators’ use of their own recordings of the Tournament is strictly limited to personal use only.

19)  We reserve the right cancel the Tournament in whole or in part and to alter or omit any part of the corporate hospitality for which a booking has been made without notice to you for any reason which we, or the supplier of the services in question, could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to war or threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, industrial dispute, adverse weather or all similar events outside our control. In such cases a refund or partial refund may be given at our discretion, but is not guaranteed.

20)  All personal effects are at the sole risk of Corporate Guests at all times during the Tournament.

21)  We accept no liability for bodily injury, illness or death of any Corporate Guest arising out of or in connection with the Tournament or the corporate hospitality provided, whether provided by ourselves or by another company, save where the same results solely from negligence on the part of our employees whilst acting within the scope of their employment.

22)  We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to, or expel, Corporate Guests whose behaviour is deemed in our sole discretion to be rowdy or unsuitable.

23)  These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of, and applicable in, the Emirate of Dubai.
